This 45 minute class is packed with different things to get your entire body engaged! Standing and floor exercises are used to attack your abs (entire core), glutes, arms, legs, etc. Get ready to move around and use bender balls, the barre (chair), light weights and your own body weight to give you strength you never thought you had. You can do it! Although it's not a "dance fitness" class, Barre does include movement that dancers use to tone your body.
