This adult class fuses different dance styles together and is designed specifically for the non-dancer. We blend training techniques drawn from dance, pilates and fitness. It is intended to be low-impact, but challenging with conditioning. Adult dance offers a fun, invigorating workout to develop core strength, muscular endurance, dynamic balance and flexibility without the use of equipment or props. It keeps you moving, motivated and mentally focused with a body blasting workout that leaves no muscle untouched.
Part of the fun in adult dance is learning choreography! Putting the moves to music brings everything together and allows you to express yourself and dance it out! If you have ever enjoyed dancing or always wanted to try, you should definitely come take this class! No shoes required. Pilates socks can be worn if you would like.
