Balletone™ is a fusion style, low impact conditioning program, designed specifically for the non-dancer, blending training techniques drawn from dance, Pilates and fitness. If you have ever enjoyed dancing or always wanted to try it, you should definitely come take this class! No shoes required. Pilates socks can be worn if you would like. We sell them for $10 or bring your own.
